MELLOW SPINACH DIP

1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
dash cayenne
1 cup finely chopped fresh spinach
1 cup crumbled Danish bleu cheese
2 tbsp finely chopped green onion

In a small mixing bowl, blend sour cream, mayonnaise, fresh lemon juice and cayenne.

Fold in spinach, cheese, and green onion. Cover; chill for about 1 hour to blend flavors.
