AVOCADO VEGETABLE MEDLEY
8 slices crisply cooked bacon, crumbled 3 hard-boiled egg, chopped 1 1/2 cups celery slices 1 cup chopped tomato 2 tbsp finely chopped onion creamy French dressing (as needed) 4 avocado halves, peeled
Combine bacon, eggs, celery, tomato, onion, and enough dressing to moisten. Chill.
Spoon mixture into avocado halves; serve with additional dressing.
