MARINATED TID BIT TRAY
1 (10 oz) pkg frozen artichoke hearts 1 (10 oz) pkg frozen cauliflower 1 cup cleaned cooked shrimp 1 1/2 cups vegetable oil 1/2 cup white wine vinegar 1 tbsp sugar 1 tbsp lemon juice 2 cloves garlic, minced 1 tsp salt 1/4 tsp dry mustard 1/8 tsp white pepper 1/8 tsp cayenne
Cook artichokes and cauliflower according to pkg directions; drain.
Place artichokes, cauliflower and shrimp in plastic bag or deep bowl.
Combine remaining ingredients in a screw top jar; cover and shake vigorously. Pour over vegetables and shrimp. Chill several hours stirring occasionally.
Drain before serving.
