CHEDDAR CHEESE WITH BRANDY AND CARAWAY SEEDS
1/4 lb sharp cheddar cheese, grated 6 tbsp butter, softened 2 to 3 tbsp brandy 1 tbsp caraway seeds, lightly crushed
Combine cheddar, butter, brandy, and caraway. Blend thoroughly. Chill in a crock.
Serve with crackers, rye bread, or pumpernickel, or use to stuff celery.
