PERFECTION SALADS
2 envelopes unflavored gelatin 1/2 cup sugar 3/4 tsp salt 3 cups boiling water 1/3 cup white vinegar 2 tbsp lemon juice 2 cups chopped celery 1 cup finely shredded cabbage 2 tbsp chopped pimiento
Mix together gelatin (dry), sugar and salt. Add 3 cups boiling water, stir to dissolve gelatin.
Add vinegar and lemon juice. Refrigerate until partially set.
Fold in remaining ingredients. Turn into 10 (1/2-cup each) molds. Refrigerate until set.
Remove from molds to serve.
