ENSALADA FRESCA CON LIMA

1 (10 oz.) package prepared salad blend (American or Italian)
1 (15 oz.) can black beans, rinsed and drained
1 (7 oz.) can Mexican corn or 1 (8 3/4 oz.) can whole kernel corn, drained
1 large tomato, chopped
2 Tbsp. canola oil
1 tsp. grated lime peel
3 Tbsp. lime juice
2 Tbsp. finely chopped fresh cilantro or parsley

Toss salad blend, black beans, corn and tomato in large serving bowl.

Combine oil, lime peel, lime juice and cilantro in small bowl. Pour over salad; toss to evenly coat.
