LEMON CREAM CHEESE SAUCE FOR GINGERBREAD

Your favorite gingerbread recipe (box or scratch)
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 cup slaw-type dressing
1 cup powdered sugar
4 tbsp. lemon juice
zest from 1 lemon
4 tbsp. half and half

Make your favorite gingerbread recipe and set aside.

To make the sauce, cream together the other six ingredients.

Serve over warm gingerbread. Sprinkle with additional lemon zest.
