NEW CUBAN JONES HAM AND
WISCONSIN CHEESE SANDWICH
Makes 1 sandwich

1 soft French or Hawaiian roll
1 tablespoon yellow mustard
1 slice (1 ounce) Wisconsin Swiss cheese
2 slices Jones Canadian Bacon
1 slice (1 ounce) Wisconsin Provolone cheese
2 Jones Farm Fresh & Tender Ham Slices or Jones Country Carved deli thin slices
2 bread and butter pickle slices (long sandwich slices)
1 teaspoon butter, melted

Cut roll in half. Spread cut sides of roll with mustard. Layer Wisconsin Swiss cheese, Canadian bacon, Wisconsin Provolone, ham and pickle slices between roll halves.

Heat sandwich press.*

Brush top and bottom of sandwich lightly with butter; cook about 4 minutes or until bread is crispy and cheese begins to melt.

*Or, cook in nonstick skillet over medium-high heat 2 to 3 minutes per side, pressing down on bread with spatula while cooking.
