TEX MEX CORNBREAD
1 cup yellow corn meal 1 cup sour cream 2/3 cup salad oil 3/4 cup cream style corn 2 eggs 1 tbsp baking powder 1 1/2 tsp salt 2 green onion tops, finely chopped 4 small jalapeno peppers, chopped
1 cup grated cheddar cheese, divided use
Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Well grease an 8x12-inch pan.
Combine all ingredients except cheese. Add half the cheese.
Pour into a well greased 8x12-inch pan and to with remaining cheese.
Bake at 425 degrees F 20-25 minutes.
