SUPER MOIST CORNBREAD
1 cup sour cream 1 large egg 1/4 cup milk 2 tbsp vegetable oil 1 cup flour 3/4 cup cornmeal 1/4 cup sugar (or more) 2 tsp baking powder 1/2 tsp salt
Set oven to 425 degrees F. Grease a 9-inch square baking pan.
In a medium bowl, miix wet ingredients together. Add dry ingredients and mix just until moistened. Spread in pan.
Bake 20 minutes.
Serve hot with maple syrup.
