SUPER SPICED RAISIN NUT BREAD

2 tsp yeast
2 1/2 cups bread flour
1/2 cup wheat flour
1/4 cup brown sugar, packed
1 tbsp gluten
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp allspice
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1/8 tsp baking soda
1 1/8 cups buttermilk
1/2 cup raisins*
1/2 cup chopped nuts*

Place all ingredients in bread machine and push START.

*Raisins and nuts may be added at the beep for additions or separately in the automatic dispenser, if available on your machine.

Makes 1 large loaf
