TAFFY APPLE SALAD
1/2 cup of sugar 1 tablespoon flour 1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple with juice 1 egg 2 teaspoons apple cider vinegar 4 Granny Smith apples, peeled and chopped 1 cup dry roasted peanuts 1 (8 oz.) container Cool Whip, thawed
Mix sugar, flour, pineapple with juice, egg and apple cider vinegar. Refrigerate until cool.
Chop one-half of the peanuts.
Combine the cooled pineapple mixture with the apple, chopped peanuts, and Cool Whip.
Place in serving bowl and sprinkle remaining peanuts on top.
