ARTICHOKE HEARTS WITH CAVIAR
1 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese, softened 2 tbsp sour cream 2 tsp mayonnaise 1 tsp lemon juice 1 (8 1/2 oz) can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped 1 small onion, finely chopped 2 tsp garlic salt Caviar assorted crackers (to serve)
Combine cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, and lemon juice; mix well.
Add artichoke hearts, onion, and garlic salt; mix well.
Shape mixture into a 5-inch mound; flatten slightly and spread caviar on top.
Serve with assorted crackers.
