CHOCOLATE FUDGE DIP Makes about 3/4 cup
6 tablespoons plain nonfat yogurt 6 tablespoons chocolate fudge sauce (bottled) 1 1/2 teaspoons frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
In small bowl, combine all ingredients. Stir or whisk until smooth.
HONEY ALMOND DIP Makes about 3/4 cup
2/3 cup plain nonfat yogurt 3 tablespoons slivered almonds, toasted chopped 2 1/2 tablespoons honey
In small bowl, combine all ingredients. Stir or whisk until smooth.
LEMON SESAME DIP Makes about 3/4 cup
1/2 cup nonfat sour cream 3 tablespoons lemon curd (bottled) 1 1/2 tablespoons toasted sesame seeds 1 slice lemon (optional garnish)
In small bowl, combine all ingredients. Stir or whisk until smooth. Garnish with lemon slice.
STRAWBERRY CREAM DIP Makes about 3/4 cup
1/2 cup nonfat sour cream 1/4 cup strawberry preserves (Just Fruit/All Fruit)
In small bowl, combine all ingredients. Stir or whisk until smooth.
