DEVILED HAM MUFFINS

6 English muffins, split
2 cans (9 oz each) deviled ham
1/4 tsp oregano
12 apple rings (cored, not peeled)
24 oz medium cheddar

Toast and butter muffin halves.

Combine deviled ham and oregano and spread on the cut sides of the muffins. Top with an apple ring.

Slice the cheese into 12 (2-oz each) slices and then slice them diagonally. Place 2 cheddar triangles on each muffin.

Broil until the cheese melts. Serve hot.

Makes 12 servings
