CHILI-CHEESE DIP
1 medium onion, finely chopped 3 slices bacon, chopped 1 lb pasteurized process American cheese, cubed 1 (15 oz) can chili without beans 1 (10 oz) can tomatoes with green chilis, chopped corn chips (to serve)
Saute onion and bacon until onion is tender.
Stir in remaining ingredients; heat until bubbly, stirring well.
Serve warm with corn chips.
