SAVORY TARTLETS
FOR THE CRUSTS: 1 cup butter or margarine, softened 1 (3-oz) pkg cream cheese, softened 2 cups all-purpose flour FOR THE FILLING: 2 cans (4 1/2-oz each) deviled ham 1 cup heavy (whipping) cream 2 eggs, slightly beaten 2 tsp grated Parmesan cheese 2 tsp sweet pickle relish, drained 1/4 tsp Worcestershire sauce dash hot sauce
Combine butter and cream cheese; cream until smooth. Add flour, 1/2 cup at a time, mixing well after each addition. Press a thin layer of dough into 1 1/2-inch tart pans.
Combine remaining ingredients, blending well. Pour a small amount of mixture into each tart shell.
Bake at 425 degrees F for 12-15 minutes.
