HOMEMADE BOURSIN
8 oz butter, softened 2 pkg (8 oz each) cream cheese, softened 1 tbsp oregano 1 tbsp dill 1 tbsp thyme 1 tbsp black pepper 1 tbsp garlic powder 1 tbsp marjoram
Thoroughly cream butter and cream cheese in electric mixer. Add spices and mix well.
Place in a small bowl covered with plastic wrap allow to mellow overnight in refrigerator before using, if possible.
