BLUE CHEESE WALNUT SPREAD4 ounces blue cheese, softened
4 ounces cream cheese, softened
2 tablespoons butter, softened
2 tablespoons sherry
1/4 cup
English walnuts, chopped
assorted crackers and French bread (to serve)
Beat cheeses and butter together. Add sherry and walnuts.
Serve with assorted crackers and French bread.
