FOCACCIA WITH BLUE CHEESE TOPPING

prepared focaccia dough
FOR THE TOPPING:
a couple ounces of blue cheese
several tablespoons cream
Worcestershire sauce (to taste)
crushed red pepper(to taste)
salt and ground black pepper (to taste)

Shape the focaccia dough in a lightly greased baking pan.

Mix the topping ingredients together well till well incorporated. Spread on the dough round and cover with plastic. Allow an hour to rise.

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.

Dimple the top of the focaccia with your fingers just before placing in hot oven.

Bake for about 30 minutes. Cool on a wire rack.
