GHOULISH GOO
1 (3 oz) pkg light cream cheese 1 cup light sour cream 1/4 cup mild salsa , divided use 2 tbsp chopped fresh chives 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley TO SERVE: cucumber, zucchini, carrot sticks, green pepper strips, cauliflower or broccoli florets, cherry tomatoes or celery sticks.
In food processor, blend cream cheese with sour cream; blend in half of the salsa, the chives and parsley. Spoon into serving dish, smoothing top.
Carefully spoon remaining salsa into 3 concentric circles on dip.
With tip of pointed knife, pull salsa from center to edge to create spiderweb effect.
Serve with cucumber, zucchini, carrot sticks, green pepper strips, cauliflower or broccoli florets, cherry tomatoes or celery sticks.
