FRUIT BAKED IN PARCHMENT PACKETS2 cups peeled, sliced apples 1 1/2 cups peeled, sliced pears 1 cup fresh or frozen raspberries 3 tablespoons brown sugar 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg 3 teaspoons all-purpose flour 3 tablespoons margarine, melted Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Combine apples, pears, raspberries, brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg and flour in a large bowl; toss gently. Cut eight, 12-inch squares of parchment paper; fold each in half diagonally, making triangles. Open triangles and place on baking sheets; brush parchment with margarine. Divide fruit mixture among parchment squares. Fold each square, making triangles. Fold edges inward twice to seal. Bake for 10 minutes. Place packets on plates.
