BLACKBERRY CREAM PIE
1 cup plus 2 tbsp sugar, divided use 1 cup sour cream 3 tbsp all-purpose flour 1/4 tsp salt 4 cups fresh blackberries OR 1 (16 oz) pkg frozen blackberries, thawed 1 (9-inch) unbaked pastry shell 1/4 cup fine dry unseasoned breadcrumbs 1 tbsp butter, melted
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
Combine 1 cup sugar, sour cream, flour and salt.
Place blackberries in pastry shell. Spread sour cream mixture atop.
Combine bread crumbs and remaining sugar and butter. Sprinkle over top top.
Bake at 375 degrees F for 40-45 minutes or until done.
