EASY BREAKFAST STUFFING CASSEROLE

2 cups Stove Top Stuffing Mix, any flavor (use dry)
2 cups milk
1 cup leftover chopped cooked potatoes (optional)
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
6 eggs, beaten
1/2 lb. bulk sausage, cooked, drained, and crumbled (or diced ham)
1/2 tsp. salt (optional)

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease a 13x9-inch baking dish.

Mix all ingredients together in large bowl. Spoon into prepared baking dish.

Bake at 350 degrees F for 45 to 50 minutes or until set.
