CHOCOLATE ROOT BEER FLOAT
1 tablespoon sugar 2 teaspoons unsweetened cocoa powder 1 tablespoon hot water 1 scoop vanilla ice cream cold root beer
In 12-ounce glass, stir together sugar and cocoa; stir in hot water.
Add ice cream and enough root beer to half fill glass; stir gently.
Fill glass with root beer. Stir; serve immediately.
