STRAWBERRY MUFFINS1 1/2 cup strawberries, chopped 3 tbsp sugar 3/4 tsp cinnamon 2 cup flour 1 tbsp baking powder 1/2 tsp salt 1/2 cup brown sugar, packed 1/2 cup milk 1/2 cup sour cream 1/3 cup butter, melted 1 egg, beaten Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Lightly grease or paper line 12 muffin pan cups. Toss the strawberries with the sugar and cinnamon; set aside. Sift together flour, baking powder, and salt. Add brown sugar, milk, sour cream, butter, and egg; stir just till moistened. Fold in the strawberries. Fill prepared muffin cups. Bake approximately 20 minutes.
