COFFEE WITH SWEETENED WHIPPED CREAM

Prepare coffee as desired. Garnish with Sweetened Whipped Cream.

SWEETENED WHIPPED CREAM
1/2 cup chilled whipping cream
1 teaspoon sugar
1/4 teaspoon vanilla

In small chilled bowl beat whipping cream and sugar at high speed of electric mixer until soft peaks form. If desired, beat in one of the additional flavorings, below:

CINNAMON COFFEE WHIPPED CREAM:
Add 1 teaspoon coffee flavored liqueur and 1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon.

BRANDY WHIPPED CREAM:
Add 1 teaspoon brandy and 1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg.

CHERRY ALMOND WHIPPED CREAM:
Add 1 teaspoon Kirsch and 1/4 teaspoon almond extract.

ORANGE COFFEE WHIPPED CREAM:
Add 1 teaspoon coffee liqueur and 1/8 teaspoon grated orange peel.

SPICY WHIPPED CREAM:
Add 1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon, 1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg and a dash ground cloves.
