BANANA FUDGE BROWNIES
1 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese, softened 2 cups sugar 4 eggs, beaten 3 very ripe mashed bananas 2 cups flour 3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder 1/2 tsp baking powder 1/2 tsp salt 2 tsp vanilla
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease a 9x13 pan.
Cream together the cream cheese and sugar, then add eggs one at a time and mix until well blended. Mix in bananas.
Sift dry ingredients together and add to creamed mixture, and stir just until moist. Stir in vanilla. Pour into prepared pan.
Bake 45 minutes, until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Let cool at least 15 minutes before slicing.
