CREAMY DILL SALMON SPREAD

1/4 cup plain yogurt
3 tablespoons mayonnaise or salad dressing
1 teaspoon instant minced onion
1/4 teaspoon dill weed
1/4 teaspoon dry mustard
1 (6.5 ounce) can skinless, boneless salmon, drained
1/4 cup chopped celery
1 hard boiled egg, chopped

In a bowl, combine yogurt, mayonnaise, onion, dill and mustard. Fold in salmon, celery and egg. Chill, covered 3 hours.

Serve with buttery crackers or party rye.

Makes 1 cup
