CREAMY APPLE SALAD
FOR THE SALAD: 2 cups cubed golden or green apples 1 cup cubed red apple chilled 1/2 cup raisins 1/3 cup sliced celery 2 tbsp orange or apple juice (chilled) FOR THE DRESSING: 1 cup (8 oz.) vanilla yogurt 1/4 tsp cinnamon 1 tbsp chopped nuts
In medium bowl, combine all salad ingredients; toss gently.
In small bowl blend dressing ingredients. Spoon over salad and stir gently to coat fruit.
If desired spoon into serving bowls. Sprinkle with additional nuts if desired. Serve immediately.
