GREEN BEANS CREOLE
2/3 cup chopped celery 1 small onion, chopped 1 tablespoon ham drippings 1 (15 ounce) can green beans 1 (15 ounce) can tomatoes, whole or diced 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/2 teaspoon pepper
Saute celery and onion in drippings until tender.
Add remaining ingredients nd simmer thoroughly.
