SWEET ONION QUICHE

3 tablespoons butter
3/4 cup chopped onions
1/2 cup diced ham
1 unbaked pie crust
1 1/2 cups grated mild American cheese
1 cup grated Swiss cheese
1 cup grated cheese with caraway seed
3 large eggs
1/2 cup sour cream
1/4 cup evaporated milk
1/2 cup crumbled cooked bacon (for garnish)

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Melt butter in skillet; saute onions and ham until done.

Place in bottom of unbaked pie crust.

Mix cheese, eggs, sour cream, and milk and pour over onion and ham mixture.

Bake at 350 degrees F for 30 minutes; garnish with crumbled bacon.
