PICKLE IN THE MIDDLE
1 (3 oz) package cream cheese, softened 4 ounces Land O Lakes® Shredded American Process cheese (1 cup) 8 slices deli round bologna 16 baby dill pickles, drained
In medium bowl stir together cream cheese and American cheese. Spread about 1 tablespoon cheese mixture on each bologna slice.
Place 2 pickles lengthwise at end of each bologna slice. Roll pickles in bologna slice. Refrigerate at least 1 hour.
To serve, cut each bologna roll into 3/4-inch slices.
