BALSAMIC ARTICHOKE HEARTS
1 (8 1/2 oz.) can artichoke hearts, drained and halved 2/3 cup red bell peppers, sliced thin 2/3 cup yellow bell peppers, sliced thin 1/2 cup parsley, chopped fine your favorite balsamic vinaigrette dressing (to taste)
Combine ingredients. Add balsamic vinaigrette dressing. Toss and serve.
