STADIUM DIP FOR SMOKED SAUSAGE
16 ounces Eckrich® Smoked Sausage Skinless, cut long way, sliced garlic powder 1 cup chopped green onion 2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese (8 ounces) 3 tablespoons prepared horseradish 1/2 cup mayonnaise (may use light) 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
Place sausage in micro wave bowl sprinkle with garlic powder, microwave until hot.
Mix remaining ingredients in microwave safe bowl. Microwave on medium (50% power) 1 minute. Stir. Heat 1 minute.
Put picks in sausage and serve sausage with dip.
