BROWNIE MIX S'MORES1 (19.9-ounce) package brownie mix 3 large eggs, at room temperature, lightly beaten 1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, melted 1/4 cup milk 2 to 3 cups marshmallow cream tinted with a couple drops of orange food coloring 10 to 12 whole graham crackers, each broken in half to make 20 to 24 Place brownie mix, beaten eggs, melted butter and milk in large bowl. Stir with a wooden spoon until smooth. Pour into a greased and floured 9-by-13-inch baking pan. Bake in preheated 350 degree F oven for 25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean with a few moist crumbs attached. Remove from oven and cool completely. Cut brownies into bar shapes the size of graham cracker halves. Spread each with marshmallow cream and top with a graham cracker. Serve within an hour or two of assembling.
