CAFE LADYFINGER DESSERT

2 packages (3 ounces each) ladyfingers, split, separated
1 cup fresh brewed strong coffee, at room temperature, divided use
1 (8 ounce) package fat free cream cheese, softened
2 cups cold fat free milk
2 packages (4-serving size each) Jell-O Vanilla flavored fat free, sugar free instant pudding and pie filling
1 (8 ounce) tub Cool Whip thawed, divided use

Brush the cut side of ladyfingers with coffee ad place into bottom and up sides of a 2 quart bowl.

Beat cream cheese and rest of coffee in large bowl with wire whisk until smooth. Beat in milk until smooth. Add dry pudding mix and beat with wire whisk until blended. Gently stir in half of the whipped topping.

Spoon into prepared bowl and cover. Refrigerate at least 1 hour.

To serve, top with remaining whipped topping.

Makes 12 servings
