AVOCADO AND STRAWBERRIES WITH HONEY VINAIGRETTE
2 1/2 tablespoons lemon juice 3 tablespoons olive oil 3 tablespoons honey 1/8 teaspoon sea salt 1/16 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper 2 avocados peeled, pitted and cut into wedges 8 ounces strawberries, halved
In a small bowl, whisk together the lemon juice, olive oil, honey, salt and pepper.
Arrange the avocados and strawberries on six salad plates, then drizzle with the vinaigrette.
