MARINATED ASPARAGUS
2 cans (14 1/2 oz. each) asparagus, drained 1 green bell pepper, chopped 1 small bunch green onions and tops, chopped 1 rib celery, finely chopped (use more celery if desired) 1/2 cup wine vinegar 1/2 cup sugar 3/4 cup vegetable oil 1/2 clove garlic, chopped 1/4 tsp. paprika
Drain asparagus and put into serving dish.
Combine remaining ingredients and pour over asparagus. Marinate 4-5 hours before serving.
