HANUKKAH NUTS
1 c. brown sugar 1/2 c. sugar 1/2 c. sour cream 2 1/2 c. English walnuts 1 tsp. vanilla
Combine sugar and sour cream cook over low heat stirring constantly until sugar dissolves. Continue cooking over low heat until forms ball in cold water remove from heat. Add vanilla. Stir until lightly sugar begins to form. Separate nuts spread out on waxed paper.
