Hello Betsy,
Thanks so much for posting the recipe for Ever So Easy Fruit cake. My mother used to make one very similar to this, so similar that it may be the exact one. She passed away almost two years ago and I wanted to make "her" fruitcake this year but couldn't find the recipe and since she's gone I couldn't ask her. So THANK YOU. I'll make it and think of her thanks to you.
