SEAFOOD JAMBALYA
1 lb. raw shrimp 1 can crabmeat 1 can beef broth 1 1/2 cups raw rice 1 stick melted butter 1 medium-size bell pepper, chopped 1 medium-size onion, chopped 1 can mushroom pieces, chopped (optional)
Mix all ingredients together in rice cooker or pot and cook. Season as desired. Takes approximately 30 minutes to cook.
