RAW MUESLI2 cups rolled oats
1 cup water or apple juice
1/2 cup plain yogurt
1 apple, peeled or unpeeled, grated
2 heaping tablespoons chopped almonds
1 tablespoon wheat germ
1 tablespoon honey
Pinch of ground cinnamon, optional
1 small handful golden raisins
Soak oats in water or apple juice for 1 hour or overnight.
Mix together oat mixture, yogurt, apple, almonds, wheat germ, honey, cinnamon and raisins.
Serve topped with extra grated apple and a little more honey, if desired.
Makes 4 servings
