FETTUCINE WITH VEGETABLE SAUCE
1/2 cup chopped onion 2 medium zucchini, sliced 2 tablespoons margarine 1 (10.5-oz) container Neufchatel cheese with garlic and herb 1/2 cup milk 1 cup seeded chopped tomato 8 ounces fettucine, cooked, drained
Saute onion and zucchini in margarine until tender; reduce heat.
Add cheese snack and milk; stir until thoroughly heated.
Add tomato. Serve over hot fettucini.
