HAMBURGER CUTLETS
1 pound ground beef 1/4 teaspoon oregano 1/4 teaspoon salt 2 tablespoons ketchup 2 eggs, divided use 1 tablespoon water 1/4 cup flour 2 cups bread crumbs 1 tablespoon oil
Combine beef, oregano, salt, ketchup and 1 egg. Form into 4 patties.
Combine the remaining egg with 1 tablespoon water in a shallow bowl; set aside.
Bread patties in flour, egg/water mixture then crumbs.
Heat oil in skillet and brown on each side until done.
