ZESTY MACARONI WITH SAUSAGE
1 pound Italian pork sausage, casing removed 1 (28-oz) jar Prego spaghetti sauce flavored with meat (3 cups) 1/2 cup sliced ripe olives 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder or 1 clove garlic -- minced 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese 4 cups hot cooked corkscrew macaroni or large tube-shaped macaroni (about 3 cups dry)
In 3-quart saucepan over medium-high heat, cook sausage until browned, stirring to separate meat. Spoon off fat.
Add Prego sauce, olives and garlic powder. Heat to boiling. Reduce heat to low. Cook 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Add cheese and macaroni; toss to coat. Serve with additional cheese if desired.
