QUICK RICH CHOCOLATE FUDGE
2 cup (12 oz package) mini chocolate chips 7 ounce Hershey's chocolate bar, broken in pieces 1 2/3 cup (one 13 ounce can) evaporated milk 4 cup sugar 1 teaspoon vanilla 1 2/3 cup (7 oz jar) marshmallow creme 1 tablespoon butter or margarine 1 2/3 cup chopped pecans or walnuts
Butter a 9-inch square or 13x9x2-inch pan.
Combine chips, and Hershey's bar in a large bowl. Set aside.
Combine evaporated milk, marshmallow creme, sugar and butter in a heavy 4 quart saucepan. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture comes to a full rolling boil (even bubbles all over the top). Boil and stir for 8 minutes.
Remove from heat, immediately add to chocolate in mixing bowl, beating until completely melted. Blend in vanilla and nuts. Pour mixture into prepared pan. Cool.
