MINCEMEAT BROWNIES1/2 cup butter or margarine, softened 1 cup granulated sugar 2 eggs 1/2 cup mincemeat 1 1/2 squares (1 oz each) unsweetened chocolate, melted and cooled 1 tsp vanilla extract 1/2 cup chopped nuts 3/4 cup all-purpose flour 1/4 tsp salt confectioners' sugar Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Cream butter and granulated sugar until well blended. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each. Stir in next four ingredients. Then add flour and salt and mix well. Spread in buttered 9-inch square pan. Bake about 30 minutes. Cool in pan on cake rack. Cut cooled brownies in 2 1/4-inch squares and roll in confectioners' sugar.
