HOT BACON, CHEESE AND SCALLION BAGEL TOPPING1/2 cup mayonnaise 1 (8 ounce) pkg cream cheese, softened 4 ounces sharp Monterey Jack cheese, shredded 2 tablespoons very finely chopped scallions 8 slices crisply fried bacon, cooled and crumbled Mix mayonnaise and cheeses until well blended and smooth. If mayonnaise-cheese mixture does not blend easily, microwave on Medium for 30 seconds until it attains spreading consistency. Blend in onions and bacon crumbs.
