DIANE'S CRAWDAD DIP
2 tbsp butter 1/3 to 1/2 cup chopped green onion 2 cloves garlic, minced. 2 packages (8 ounces each) cream cheese 5 to 8 ounces Boursin Cheese 1 to 1 1/2 tsp ground cayenne pepper (to taste) 2 packages (10 1/2 ounces each) frozen Crawdads, thawed (Kroger carries this in their frozen food section) Fritos (to serve)
Saute the green onion and garlic in butter.
Add cream cheese and Boursin Cheese and melt both in skillet. Stir in the cayenne pepper.
Add thawed Crawdads. Stir well, put in chafing dish and serve with Fritos.
